The Customer Service Rep – Group Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting client groups by answering incoming phone calls and emails from clients and candidates, and operating in the Capacity Management Group in a high quality and professional manner. The Group Scheduling Coordinator also works with the Capacity Planning Analysts on the operations aspects of client group scheduling programs. Also, work in a team environment with candidates and client group coordinators, the Group Scheduling Coordinator acts as the point of contact to ensure high quality customer service and smooth scheduling and delivery of client programs.
Group Scheduling Support
• Act as a point of contact for client group requests
• Receive incoming phone calls and emails from clients
• Input accurate customer information into registration and scheduling software
• Provide detailed and accurate reports of groups registered
• Promote client group scheduling programs and products
• Determine additional opportunities and possible operational trouble areas
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years customer service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with on-line editing, image capture and reporting systems preferred
