POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible to manage marketing initiatives to help drive the engagement and growth of the Navisite Channel, including developing cloud and managed services campaigns, marketing communications, sales materials, and marketing strategy for sales and partner recruitment programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as primary liaison between Enterprise Marketing, Field Marketing, and Navisite channel Enterprise leadership objectives leveraging marketing communications and channel enablement methods to align and support the Navisite Channel sales teams.
• Work with Navisite Channel Sales teams to develop and manage marketing strategy and tactics.
• Work with Field Marketing team to support requests for the Marketing Development Funds program for Sales teams.
• Work with Navisite leadership to ensure sales teams have the proper collateral, creative, and other tools to help their sales efforts.
• Participate and manage the development of marketing events based on Sales team requests to build awareness, generate sales leads and increase penetration of services in the marketplace.
• Advise and guide corporate marketing in the design, development, implementation and management of Navisite Partner marketing campaigns and promotions, including direction on website copy.
• Manage marketing budget by tracking expenses.
• Maintain all external Channel Partners portal, Master Agents’ portals, and other marketing oriented sales tools, including training schedule to ensure consistent, correct, and timely information.
• Create Navisite Channel marketing materials including sales collateral, local advertising, newsletters, and awareness efforts. Manage outside agency and other vendor relationships to achieve marketing objectives.
• Create and deliver digital and account based marketing campaign strategies. Write and edit newsletters and other e-marketing tactics.
• Create and manage up to date sales presentations and other collateral for the Navisite Sales teams to use for coordinated and consistent messaging when discussing channel sales programs.
• Utilize ROI methodology to drive marketing decisions.
• Maintain an understanding of Navisite and Enterprise products, services, policies, and business rules to effectively manage the marketing and communication efforts in the role. Analyze competitive research and develop recommendations for messaging, offers and promotions.
• Perform other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Five years Marketing experience in the cloud and managed services industry
• Four years’ experience in Marketing experience specific to Channel Partners/3rd party reseller channel
• Four years of Budget management experience
• Three years of Management experience
• Ability to understand ever evolving cloud and managed service buyer needs and clearly translate to customer centric messages
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to develop, communicate, present, and implement strategies and tactics
• Ability to manage and deliver against several initiatives simultaneously, in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to think creatively

• Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50%
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience
