Responsibilities
Job Description
Seeking an IT professional leader who can manage an Integration Services Operations Team supporting system data integration processes. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Integration Services and is responsible for Platform availability and improvement, engaging with NBCU Integration Services Development, Compute and other infrastructure teams.
The operations team consists of onsite and offshore resources over a distributed computing Infrastructure, who are SLA focused in a process driven environment. Candidate must be available as needed to provide leadership to a 24x7 support operations group. Ensure excellent service delivery, company compliance, and a driver for process efficiency to support NBCUniversal’s enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall Integration Services 24x7 Infrastructure availability.
• Manage the rollout and support of new and enhanced integration processes.
• Collaborates with NBCU Compute team on Infrastructure Build, Maintenance, Migration and Outage resolution activities.
• Manage Onsite/Offshore operations team with SLA Driven engagement.
• Consistent focus on Automation & Operational improvement.
• Executive reporting - Track & report Operational metrics.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science in related discipline or equivalent.
• Management and Operations with the Integration platforms (API Management, Tibco, IBM Sterling Integrator, WebMethods, SAP XI, Informatica, etc.)
• DataStream Technology experience (Apache ZooKeeper, Kafka, NiFi, etc.)
• Self-driven and ability lead/manage concurrent activities and projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting middleware platforms.
• Minimum 5 years experience Managing an Onsite/Offshore IT team of support developers in a very agile environment.
• Working knowledge
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Characteristics
• Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
• Able to communicate at all levels of Management.
• Experience with messaging and multi-device communication
• API Management experience (MuleSoft, Apigee, Mashery, Layer7, etc.)
• Cloud Integration (AWS, AZURE, SalesForce)
• Media and Entertainment background a plus.
• Customer focused with strong relationship building skills.
• Project Management Certification.
