Responsibilities
Role Summary
Reporting to the SVP of Network Partnerships, the Coordinator will both provide administrative support to the team and contribute to the development and implementation of holistic ad sales marketing strategies for clients across Telemundo and NBC Universo’s multi-channel and multi-platform initiatives - including linear, desktop, mobile, VOD, Social Media, cross-portfolio initiatives and programming, etc.
• Handle all coordination of travel arrangements
• Manage the SVP’s calendar and schedule meetings for the VP’s on the team
• Process and track expense reimbursements
• Maintain and update contacts lists
• Support team in organizing client related materials: i.e. timelines, calendars, etc
• Track partnership pitch and execution status by updating weekly documents and communicating with internal teams
• Provide general support to the department on tasks as requested, e.g., managing integration clips, invoices, meeting recap notes
• Assist team in aggregating insights, assets and necessary information to implement into all client-related materials and provide support with the on-going development of presentations
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience; client or media company sales organization background
• Proficient with MS Office Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills are a must
• Four year degree (B.A.,B.S) from an accredited college of university, preferably with a discipline one of the following: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Communications, Advertising

• Familiarity with Spanish-language content and platforms preferred but not required
