Wilshire Studios develops and produces engaging and innovative non-scripted, original programming for all media platforms. The studio is focused on attracting high caliber producing talent with the goal to create entertaining, thought-provoking and compelling programming. Wilshire produces E!’s signature "Live from the Red Carpet" series, which provides in-depth coverage of Hollywood’s biggest nights. The studio also produces “Syfy Presents Live from Comic-Con,” a three-night telecast which broadcasts live from one of the biggest fan conventions, San Diego Comic-Con. Wilshire has also produced 300 episodes of the dating game show “Baggage” for the Game Show Network. Additionally, Wilshire Studios is focused on growing and diversifying its slate to include docu-series, news programming, reality and competition formats. Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will report into the VP, Production Management at Wilshire Studios.
Job Duties
Maintain submission logs and return materials where appropriate
Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain files and status reports for all aspects of production
General administrative duties including, but not limited to, answering telephones, scheduling, copying & faxing, filing and planning travel arrangements for executive(s)
Cover for other assistants as needed including managing calendars and telephones
Arrange travel & submit expense reports
Support production teams with duties such as research (internet and DAISY), footage and photo acquisition, transcribing, and prepping for shoots and edits
Help with research for locations and production facilities when necessary
Assist productions with administrative tasks such as booking hotels, travel and setting up meetings as required
Help maintain legal and creative documents and deal point logs for shows that are overseen by VP of Production
Perform other duties as required by management
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, production preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Be flexible, personable, self-starter and detail-oriented with the ability to interface with the creative community as well as all levels of NBCU personnel
Experience handling a high volume desk
Demonstrated ability to multi-task high priority tasks
