Responsibilities
The Associate Producer is responsible for execution of all producer requests during Native Language Live From Programming. The Associate Producer will create custom content features from concept to execution around players and/or subject matter relevant to host country. Request graphic elements for native language Live From programming and LPGA enhancements; as well as, train and substitute for LPGA Enhancement EVS PA, Graphics Assist, and content coordinator positions when needed.
Job Duties
Execute Producer’s requests for features, news conferences, highlights, live-to-tape and interviews in INews rundown
Ensure all AVID elements from the Live From rundown are created, localized, and ready for play-out at live show time
Ensure delivery of digital programming to clients
Create custom features from concept to execution to be used in LPGA Enhancement tournament broadcasts and Live From news programming
Create/Review relevant International specific graphics requests summarizing tournament storylines with story of the day and International players
Request custom graphic elements prior to event such a custom animations, LPGA sponsor logos, native language stats, etc.
Compile fly-over graphics from Domestic team when available
Research and organize Domestic news features to be localized
Log and quality control native language news feeds
Cut player specific highlights from custom content news feed
Provide font locations to graphics assistant for any video content coming from EVS
Assist Graphics with accuracy of all graphic elements in broadcast
Train other staff for Graphics Assist, EVS PA
Adhere to host country standards, practices, and preferences
Adhere to for overall footage usage and rights restrictions
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
3 years Production experience
College degree or equivalent vocational/technical training
Knowledge of golf required
