Job Description
1 - Build and monitor the action plan
As the owner of the Ubisoft Store section inside of Uplay PC, you will follow and challenge a global sales plan in order to reach the shop revenue target, week by week, for the website and for the launcher, for all Ubisoft titles.
• Challenge the forecasts based on product offer: pricing, quantities, exclusivity, content.
• Based on these targets, identify sales pulse points in coordination with the Ubisoft Store marketing team ; engage the sales team based on sales target in order to challenge them on traffic, events, communication, on-site experience.
• Monitor, each week, the sales performance and define mitigation plans with the team to reach the defined target
• Report and follow-up weekly on sales to the team
• Coordinate with internal teams (Uplay PC, Online Sales, Subs) on the sales actions across different channels and competitors
2 - Be responsible for product availability
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to make sure products are always online for announcements.
• Coordinate with marketing to collect assets, content and translations
• Define the level of product content you need in order to enhance your offers and make them attractable.
• Challenge and brief the experience manager to have the right features
• Define processes and tools to make sure subs can validate the content, if possible before the golive.
3 - Define and operate merchandising actions
• Coordinate on a daily basis with Uplay PC team for all engagement actions that will drive sales
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and with the team to offer a dedicated localized slot for sales.
• Define the animation plan (product hero, star products, deals…) and sales target in coordination with the ecommerce team at least 3 months in advance.
• Coordinate with the experience manager for all golives and publications.
• Build personalization campaigns based on [customers ownership or any relevant segment] in order to increase sales performance
• Give a specific focus to collectors editions and generally PC-related physical goods to optimize stocks and lower stock costs.
4 - Challenge, try and fail harder
• Keep an eye on competition for all pulse points, release dates, offers; challenge your own lineup and propose offer extensions (licensing…).
• Challenge your interlocutors to bring the best of Ubisofts’ content to our players – don’t take no for an answer.
• Analyze merchandising actions to define what uplifts sales: discounts? Exclusive content? Marketing operations?
• Try new sales mechanisms, new merchandising actions, bring ideas to the team; build your own sales DNA, be different from your competitors.
Qualifications:
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales, ideally in a Ecommerce environment
• Proactive, rigorous, reliable and challenge lover
• Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to work across multiple business divisions
• Must be highly flexible and capable of navigating through complex issues in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and French
