Purpose
• To build and maintain Assessment Associate and other Associate contractual documentation across all qualification, product, service and project suites
• To be responsible for the non-marking contract process
including creation, issuing and reporting.
Key Accountabilities
• Support the review of all AA contractual documentation across all qualifications at agreed times.
• Be responsible for the timely issue of contracts within a given SLA
• Be responsible for the production of new contractual templates to support new Pearson products and services.
• Be responsible for effective data presentation which allows visibility to our customers throughout the contracting process
• Produce contract templates in line with the business calendar requirements.
• Liaise with the different teams involved in (or impacted by) the creation, production and issuing of contracts including Assessment Teams, AA Payments, Training and Events and the Delivery Managers.
• Ensure that all contracts are accurate and quality checked before being issued.
• Make any changes or amendments to contracts as directed through reissuing or sending addenda or errata where necessary.
• Continually review and improve the contract production process through technology and process reengineering involving the relevant teams where necessary.
• Maintain a customer service focus in relation to contract building. This will involve responsibility for maintaining and updating contract information using different systems and responding to related queries, both directly and via the Customer Relationship Management system.
• Proficiency needs to be established with various systems including Gateway to ensure that all information is correct and up to date, so that the interface with other interdependent systems is secure.
Key Tasks
This role is business-critical and covers an essential phase in the successful delivery of each qualification. Team members need to remain focused while working to tight deadlines, yet also need to be sufficiently flexible to manage the varying priorities, meeting deployment targets while answering customer queries, acting as a specialist contact while responding to urgent situations that frequently arise during the year etc.

Education, Qualifications & Training
