Responsibilities
The POM will be responsible for helping manage 12 international feeds specific to the E! Network and NBCU brand. The POM will liaise with the Denver operations teams, outside clients and international playout providers to deliver content and daily account management of the channel. Responsibilities include being the client’s primary point of contact for any issues dealing with content for the specific network. The POM will be accountable for working with the various managers, production teams and third party vendors to prepare and manage E! Programming to fulfill linear and non-linear platform requirements. The POM will also be involved in process management including: running project meetings, managing timelines and developing new procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Subject Matter Expert for all program operations services, processes, and technology
• Gather and provide workflow & system requirements for program operation functions to the technology and engineering teams
• Ownership of program operation services for a group of international channels located at NBCUniversal Dry Creek Operation.
• Define, document, and maintain operational processes and workflows
• Work closely with all other media operation groups to resolve any content related issues to ensure material is delivered on time
• Consistently assess POM processes and technology to help develop improvements that will enable continued growth and productivity
• Be in constant communication with International programming, playout and scheduling departments regarding media prep status and content related issues
• Develop and measure on operational quality metrics to drive rigor and accountability within the operations
• Be available and on call on 24/7 basis (excluding extreme circumstances) to receive escalation and trouble shoot issues
• Willing to stay late and work extra hours for launches and special events
• Must be able to work swing or overnight shift, if necessary
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in Program Operations/Account Management
• 1+ years of experience in Project Management
• 1+ years of experience with operations management in a media prep environment
• Prior experience with Visio and PowerPoint
• Willingness and ability to work or be on call at any time, sometimes on short notice in order to support a 24/7/365 operation

Desired Characteristics
• BA/BS in related field
• 2+ years of experience in a role with a track record of proven leadership, effective staff management, high energy level, and strong team skills
• Extensive and significant experience, understanding and knowledge of media prep technical systems, standards and processes
• Strategic project management leadership
• Prior experience with REACT, OTTO, Webscheduler, and Mediator in a media prep environment
• Prior experience with international operations and workflows
• Experience with scheduling and resource management
• Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
• Effectively flexible in approach, and responds well to pressure
• A track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations
