Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Senior Digital Marketing Manager. Specifically, we are looking for a consumer-oriented person who is interested in the online marketing of video and PC games. This individual will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and will be responsible for the creation and execution of our online marketing strategies on AAA brands.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading digital / social strategy, tactical planning, execution, optimization, and measurement across assigned titles, both pre and post launch
• Partner with Brand Management, Online Media, PR, Promotions, Sales & Game Production teams worldwide
• Identify digital marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation, both online and offline.
• Manage digital and social programs including Websites, Twitter, Facebook, You Tube, Twitch, etc.
• Create and present digital marketing strategy and plans to Brand teams and upper-management
• Drive processes to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and international partners in order to develop integrated strategies and programs
• Lead development of content strategy, content calendar, and style guides for assigned titles, across social platforms, websites, stand-alone destinations, and Ubi.com
• Lead all day-to-day agency and internal production relationships and communication to support development of marketing websites and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Use available tools and drive relationship with Analytics team and ensure that all programs and tactics have clear KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs, lead creation of best practices, and identify test and learn opportunities
• Lead relationship with Community Developer contact(s) and identify tactics and needs for community support
• Oversee direct reports in day-to-day management and tactical planning, providing support and troubleshooting where necessary
Qualifications:
• 6-9 years of experience working in the field of consumer marketing, digital marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
• Management experience preferred, with a proven desire to lead, empower and grow direct report(s).
• Extensive knowledge of Digital & Social marketing programs including: production, online media, social behavior, research & analytics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and team management.
• Strong time management skills
• Collaborative, proactive and solutions orientated
• Initiative to drive change in a quickly evolving space.
• Knowledge and focus on marketing analytics and ROI.
• Experience working in an international environment a plus.
• Entertainment or video game industry experience a plus.
