Job Description
Ubisoft Entertainment, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time TemporaryWeb Content Coordinatorfor an assignment of up to 12 months. The Web Content Coordinator is responsible for working closely with web producers and internal stakeholders to manage content across multiple websites. The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in hands-on site management, web content management, writing and editing for the web, and graphic design.
Responsibilities:
• Manage website content calendars via Basecamp with multiple stakeholders.
• Pro-actively communicate status and next steps on web content updates to stakeholders.
• Work with web production team to ensure Jira ticket requests and status follow the plans laid out in Basecamp.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and manage site content across multiple web properties.
• Work with web production team to create and/or acquire new web content, including hands-on production work as needed within our CMS.
• Assist to define/manage schedule, and resources for site content.
• Assist in site localization, QA, and approvals.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years in project and or website management.
• 1+ years in website content development and creation of interactive content.
• Experience managing a content-oriented website.
• Ability to evaluate designs and content to ensure that it is visually appealing, meets brand guidelines, and exhibits all of the 'best practices' for presenting web content to a general or specifically-targeted audience.
• Knowledge of current web standards, browser compatibility issues, and accessibility issues.
• Hands on skills with MS Office, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, FTP, and be familiar with Content Management Systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working with international teams a plus.
• Interest in console/PC-gaming a plus.
