The International Television Distribution division is responsible for the international distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of linear and digital media. This includes distribution of current and library theatrical movies, direct-to-video movies, documentaries and specials, plus all forms of television product – scripted TV series, non-scripted TV series, mini-series, animation and TV movies.

Job Purpose
The Manager of Int’l TVD Financial Systems & Analysis is responsible for the regular maintenance/administration and ad-hoc requests related to Salesforce, the group’s main revenue forecasting and reporting tool. Salesforce is a cloud based tool used heavily by the finance team as well as by the international TVD Sales team around the world. This role will be the owner of the Salesforce system from a finance perspective. The international TVD finance team covers financial planning and analysis for NBC Universal’s filmed entertainment and television product distributed in the International Free & Basic Cable, Premium Pay, and New Media markets (including Pay Per View, VOD, Subscription VOD, Ad-based Free On Demand and Electronic Sell-Through). Reporting to VP of Finance, the Manager will support the team in all Salesforce related tasks as well as various financial planning requests (primarily for the Free & Basic cable team) and special projects.
Essential Responsibilities
Manage and perform the weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance tasks for Salesforce. These include title and customer related changes, volume assumption loads and updates, deal alignment between systems, FX rate load and validation, and snapshot creation and deletion.
Liaise with the finance and IT teams to perform the upload of budget, forecast, and actuals data files including performing validations to ensure accuracy and trouble-shooting errors
Perform ad-hoc requests related to Salesforce, such as processing any territory/sales exec mapping changes, and currency revaluation.
Support the IT and Finance team with all upcoming Salesforce enhancements currently in development.
Perform the quarterly update of final TVD subledger actuals into Salesforce, including all related processes such as processing the dry run, review and creation of deals, running reconciliation reports and investigation and resolution of any issues and variances.
Coordinate with the sales team, such as ensuring new deals are mapped correctly to the right sales exec and currency, and researching issues in Salesforce and training the sales team accordingly
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Provide analytical support and preparation of financial schedules for reporting during budget, estimate and pacing cycles (primarily for the Free & Basic revenue team) and special projects for the FP&A team.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
CPA and/or MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in performing quantitative analysis, forecasting, and/or financial modeling
