We seek a highly-motivated and detail-oriented individual to be responsible for developing and overseeing the growth of GolfNow VIP program, aiming to increase community of VIP golfers & the revenue generated from these golfers. Strategic thinking skills & independent decision-making ability are required.
GolfNow VIP Manager will work with key business owners to identify program opportunities that will support short and long-term goals for driving acquisition, growth, and retention of the VIP program.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Director of Golfer Engagement, lead the strategy, development and oversee the execution of GolfNow VIP
Serve as a true advocate for GolfNow VIP program, continuously innovating and improving the user experience of the program & continue to develop the benefits of the program to the golfers
Take ownership towards achieving the required number of GolfNow VIP golfers and build strategic marketing plans to do so
Define and report key performance metrics to senior management
Lead the development and collaborate closely on the execution of the promotional calendar for GolfNow VIP customers
Partner with CRM team to design optimal contact and offer strategies for GolfNow VIP golfers to achieve the agreed upon retention and revenue goals
Collaborate closely with the engagement and loyalty manager on the development and execution of all engagement strategies related to GolfNow VIP golfers
Collaborate closely with other departments and business leaders as necessary to provide guidance on GolfNow VIP
Launch targeted promotions and assess the impact of the promotions to optimize future performance
Establish strong internal relationships with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Management to design and deliver special offers and programs for GolfNow VIP golfers
Adhere to the goals, standards and objectives of the Company

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience with loyalty marketing/customer acquisition and retention experience
Experience in writing SQL queries is a plus
Strong analytical skills – ability to turn empirical data into insightful, strategic decisions and tactical team plans
Must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Must possess a valid state driver’s license
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing several projects
simultaneously and setting priorities with minimal supervision
Work well in fast paced, team oriented environment
