The Pearson Technology Development Program is an entry-level software development program that is designed to recruit and retain high potential new college graduates who will help us lead the world in using technology to advance education. You will be working in our Assessment Technology Engineering group, where you will learn and use both established and emerging technologies to develop the future generation of learning solutions.

Qualifications
We are currently interviewing May 2017 graduates pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in the following majors: Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Sciences/Technology or other related disciplines. If software development is your passion, you are in good company here!
In addition to excellent programming skills, successful candidates must demonstrate strong leadership qualities as well as outstanding oral and written communication skills. You should be a collaborative thinker with a drive for solving problems.
