The Learning & Performance Lead will support our Assessment business and North America geography groups to deliver learning solutions to fit business priorities. With the Director Learning for the group, this position focus on support of L&D initiatives and measuring business impact of learning. Specific activities includes:
● Plan, lead and deliver learning in support of organizational goals
● Identify and build the organizational capabilities needed to support business strategy (local and global)
● Embed ‘always learning’ into our culture and people processes
● Demonstrate impact of learning to the business
This role will partner with key stakeholders to provide L&D leadership in order to:
• Conduct needs analysis and performance consulting within a business/ geography to identify organizational capability gaps and barriers to success
• Create and consult on local strategic learning plan, to include both aspects of building strategic capabilities as well as building an effective learning culture
• Connect the local L&D strategy with global strategy
• Delivers the development agenda in partnership with HR
• Align communication in business / region to fit culture
