EMEA Marketing Insights Manager - London

Due to continued growth in our EMEA Marketing business, we have a brand new opportunity for an EMEA Marketing Insights Manager.
This role is responsible for developing insights about our customers, industry and trends so that these insights can influence leadership in making confident and decisive decisions on the McGraw-Hill Education EMEA strategy. The EMEA Marketing Insights Manager will lead the Channel insights effort to capture, analyse and communicate market focused information and customer trends across the Higher Education, Schools and Professional sectors.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Product leaders in order to manage information synthesis required for successful market mapping and segmentation of our digital product range as well as providing insights for innovation, new market entry and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Being the B2B research, sales analyse and trend analyse guru.
• Drive ad-hoc research as needed by Global and Regional marketing teams as well as the EMEA leadership team – for example, qualified customer surveys and concept testing.
• Lead analyse of research sources, such as purchased reports, industry reports and government trend data.
• Create monthly insight reports for management and quarterly company-wide updates of key market drivers, influencers and trends.
• Being a strategic partner to our business so we can understand the marketplace, identify opportunities, understand threats and crate implications and recommendations.
• Collaborate and enable sales and marketing teams to understand, use, and communicate the insights information to key segments and customers.
We are looking an experienced insights individual that is naturally analytical and possesses the verbal and written communication skills required at a senior level. Applicants must be result orientated, innovative and creative.
• Previous experience of working in a market research or consumer insights position.
• Demonstrable evidence of creating and using market research/insights to enable market development efforts
• Excellent use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Excellent skills in data analysis and insights identification
