The Role
The Partner and Field Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering highly effective marketing, sales and demand generation campaigns with a range of strategic partners. You will execute, manage, and track the success of joint marketing activities including, but not limited to, channel marketing programs, sales enablement collateral, joint field marketing events, trade show management, webinars, whitepapers, and email campaigns. This position must interface effectively with our partner ecosystem as well as Marketo's marketing, sales and business development teams.
What You’ll Do
• Understanding the Stitch application and how it fits into the larger B2B and B2C commerce ecosystem
• Become an expert at presenting how Stitch Labs can help a partner’s product/service offering to drive mutual revenue growth
• Balance quantity and quality of partners in our network and effectively hold partners accountable to business results
• Quickly establish credibility and trusted relationships with our partner’s sales and marketing teams.
• Work with new partners to effectively execute on-boarding and co-marketing launch plans to drive market awareness
• Work with partners to execute on co-marketing strategies and programs to increase market share, new sales leads, and generate a pipeline of mutual deals
• Work alongside Channel Sales leadership to deliver upon ongoing needs for sales enablement and channel marketing programs
• Works with Business Development and Sales to manage ongoing channel communications and updates
• Tailor marketing collateral for Partners related to new product/partner launches
• Manage and host partner events - both live and online
• Measures and monitors channel marketing programs to increase channel sales productivity
• Provides training and support as needed to channel partners
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in partner / field marketing or closely related areas
• BS in marketing, business or related field
• Experience working on B2B software
• An understanding of product positioning, promotion and return on marketing investment
• Experience in event marketing a plus
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Strong Project management skills
• Excellent cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution
• Excellent Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment
