Position Summary:
SiriusXM is looking for a savvy and experienced Director of Product Management to join our Digital team. The team member will manage the day-to-day digital publishing operations and campaign management of siriusxm.com with the goal of optimizing the website for digital conversion, engagement, and sales.
They will manage campaign strategy, management, optimization and implementation for programming and marketing initiatives. They will also work with the team to identify and implement publishing efficiencies. They will support various parts of the business including digital content, general marketing and brand, and additional corporate stakeholders. Key projects will include the creation and launch of landing pages, digital campaigns, homepage management, improving SEO efforts, coordination with multiple departments and stakeholders, and pushing for operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has a background in agile development with experience leading teams, delivering projects and successfully supporting them in a production environment.
The Director of Product Management will be an integral part of the team charged with informing and evaluating the next generation of the digital experience for siriusxm.com to drive innovation and improvements to help digital conversion, engagement, and sales.
They will be responsible for collecting and utilizing requirements, data, and consumer insights to provide actionable site development recommendations for a team of UX designers, developers, and marketers.
The right candidate will have the ability to interface with senior leadership and stakeholders both internally and externally. Working with the creative and development teams, a successful Product Director will drive strategic prioritization exercises to ensure that the solutions align with the customer and business stakeholder needs, timelines and budget.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Run day-to-day operations of siriusxm.com to ensure quality publishing standards.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising efforts of the site to help optimize the site to sell the service.
• Work across the organization to maintain a publishing calendar of events, campaigns and initiatives. Manages creation and implementation of digital deliverables.
• Optimize build of pages for SEO. Monitor weekly internal search terms. Monitor and make recommendations on SEO efforts to optimize for sales, conversions, account management, and content discovery.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and problems, define product and campaign vision, and construct high-level product epics, features and user stories.
• Work with analytics and UX teams to optimize the site experience.
• Help shape business strategies through thoughtful data collection, insightful observations, and careful analysis.
• Develop expert understanding of the customer and be able to anticipate and build to their needs to increase acquisition and engagement.
• Partner with other product managers/owners and key stakeholders to formulate, coordinate and evangelize the site roadmap and strategic plans.
• Own development of success metrics (conversion, revenue, engagement, start of funnel) to assess enhancements and track and communicate progress accordingly. Proactively make recommendations based on where the initiatives are meeting, exceeding, or missing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proactively manage and prioritize a backlog according to business value, complexity, and expectations.
• Coordinate communication between developers, designers, and stakeholders regarding goals, requirements, and business needs.
• Work with team to maintain up to date documentation of publishing process and training documents.
• Other special projects, as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• There are no direct immediate supervisory responsibilities associated with this job, but they will indirectly manage a team of UX designers, developers, analysts, production coordinators. As team grows, may manage up to 4 product managers and production coordinators.
Minimum Qualifications:
• College degree or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of product management work experience developing highly scaled, data-driven Web destinations with significant conversions/revenue.
• Digital product management experience with accountability for financial, customer, and other commonly understood industry benchmarks for success.
• Agile product development background. Proven experience and know-how to leverage a multitude of Agile technologies including Scrum, Kanban.

Technical Skills:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Varied usability, qualitative and quantitative testing experience with knowledge of survey platforms, social media monitoring tools, A/B and multivariate testing tools, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar analytics platform.
• Experience with digital content management systems (CMS) and project management tools (JIRA, Aha!, Sprintly).
