Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented and proactive individual to serve as an Administrative Assistantto both the Executive Managing Director and the Head of Formats of our International Department. Located in the Los Angeles office, the Executive Assistant would:
• Provide overall general administrative support in a professional, confidential and highly organized manner
• Proactively coordinate the Executive Managing Director’s and Head of Formats’ schedules regarding all meetings, conference calls, extensive travel arrangements and other accommodations
• Complete regular, detailed expense reports
• Constantly manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Screen, organize and prioritize internal/external communications (phone, correspondence, mail)
• Create and maintain files, as well as gather information and research facts as requested
• Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material
• Handle special projects as needed and assist other members of the team as needed
Qualification Requirements
An ideal candidate will have:
• 3+ years of administrative assistant experience (supporting multiple executives a plus)
• Entertainment/Media industry experience (preferred)
• Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills a must
• Strong PC skills including Word for Windows, Excel
• Ability to exercise solid business judgment, maintain confidentiality, work independently, to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
