Overall Objective:
Working in Marketo, this key role is the main point of contact in providing Marketing data and configuration support to stakeholders based in APAC. You will deliver services such as segmentations, data uploads, email and campaign configurations.
Consistent with our team’s commitment to achieving operational excellence, you will serve as an in-house expert on marketing data analytics, automation systems, and best-in-class operational processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing managers to understand their campaign objectives.
Assist with definition of data segments and configure / execute time and trigger-based campaigns.
Setup, test, maintain and evolve multiple complex campaigns with internal marketing automation platforms.
Configure our platforms for campaign deployment.
Work with cross functional teams to implement multiple nurture base marketing strategies.
Deliver performance improvements via ongoing testing and results to provide continued learning.
Create queries and list pulls for direct marketing campaigns to prospects and customers.
Monitor all campaign list requests to ensure that the appropriate audience segmentations, frequency of communication & other considerations are achieved.
Scrub external data lists and follow processes to properly upload contacts into our marketing database.
Provide simple to complex data and market analysis to various stakeholders within the organization. Recommend the appropriate type of analysis based on the objectives at hand.
Work with internal teams and business partners to maintain integrity, quality and security of marketing data and information systems.
Ensure that customer data / access policies, as well as our corporate privacy policy, are abided by.

You are proficient in how a marketing automation system works (ideally Marketo) and understand its impact in an organization.
You are curious about all the functionalities the marketing automation platform offers and are not afraid to go through support documentation to find answers for any task you aren't able to perform with the system.
