Job Summary:
Responsible for the development of the short and long-term Product Sales
strategy for the Company. Oversees the annual tactical plan, ensuring
the success of the Company's product sales programs. Drives the progress
of sales; provides reviews, records, and reports to executive
management. Directs all organizational promotion, and orchestrates all
sales activities to ensure the success of the Company's Product Sales
campaign. Researches and recommends new products and services for market
opportunities. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and
complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's
business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops
organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages
multiple teams of professionals.
Core Responsibilities:
• Reviews and develops annual operating budgets for Product Sales.
• Redefines sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Researches and recommends new tools for Product Sales activity and
enhancements for Product Sales campaigns.
• Leads the training of Product Sales personnel and all logistical
aspects of the sales program.
• Develops sales incentives to align with strategies and channel
deployment, as necessary.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters
of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 14+ years related experience
