Job Summary:
Seeking a collaborative, creative, and execution oriented Marketing Manager to develop and drive demand generation programs that directly impact call volume, sales goals, customer retention and revenue. Responsibilities include optimizing the lead funnel for increased call volume, sales-ready leady and executing all prospect and customer nurture communications. We're looking for someone passionate and enthusiastic about creating, implementing, measuring, and reporting on results-based marketing programs. This person needs to have the ability to interpret analytics such as response reports and lead trends.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Develop, build out, and execute lead management strategies with traditional and non-traditional tactics, including lead nurturing drips, lifecycle management; Understand how to implement lead scoring and lead qualification
-Manage and track programs that optimize capital investment, ensuring end-to-end coverage of prospects and customers
-Implement and launch targeted campaigns (by industry, segment, offers, and use case) across the funnel, with the goal of improving conversion rate from lead to customer
-Follow relevant marketing & lead nurturing trends and integrate best practices
Core Responsibilities:
-Tracks and manages marketing expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget parameters.
-Manages local promotions and event marketing; coordinates with direct sales staff.
-Translates business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge, and understanding of customers, products, and industries.
-Develops and maintains demographic and other market data as needed in order to support marketing goals.
-Gathers and communicates marketing campaign information and subscriber feedback in order to promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns, changes, and issues.
-Analyzes subscriber numbers and packages and revenue to determine performance compared to budget.
-Creates reporting to measure success of marketing programs.
-Assists with maintaining and improving ongoing marketing programs, analyses, and reports.
-Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.
-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
-Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
-Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
Additional Requirements:
-Minimum 6 years of outbound and inbound marketing experience
-Strong understanding of market segmentation and personas
-Experience developing and executing lead generation programs of varying complexity (history of defining, implementing, and testing multi-step nurture programs) within a marketing automation solution such as Eloqua
-Strong analytic capability
-Must be comfortable being a self-starter, working independently, and creating concrete plans with input from a variety of sources
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
-Understanding of and experience with Salesforce CRM
