Job Summary:
This Strategic position which enables the organization to scale in a high growth / start-up culture (well-funded). Position has broad responsibilities to the General Manager / VP for Enterprise Solutions; reports directly to the VP Strategic Client Group and dotted line to the VP National Client Group. Initial role will be an individual contributor with expectations to grow the team as the business continues to expand. Overall accountability with the leadership team on Driving Altify Adoption thru-out the Enterprise Solutions organization focusing on developing and streamlining the 'Big Deal Process'
Core Responsibilities:
• Accountable for leading programs and initiatives focused on improving sales effectiveness and productivity which includes at a minimum, the following:
• Account Planning, Portfolio Planning and Opportunity Management Champion leveraging (Altify) methodology
• Creation of dashboard, metrics and feedback sessions for senior leadership (with support for Sales VP, Sales Directors, IT and Sales Operations)
• Expertise in SFDC as a sales enablement and CRM tool
• Custom Development (working with IT) for future capabilities currently not on the platform
• Responsible for maintaining / leading a cadence across the business to leverage the Altify Platform tools and SFDC / Waves
• Responsible for working with the sales leadershipto identify and provide needed individual 'Sales Skills' training
• Responsible for working with Comcast Sales Operations teams to ensure continuity of sales processes
• Viewed as sales coach & leadership consultant for process work and facilitation of Test & Improve Sessions, Peer Reviews and Coaching Sessions with key personnel
• Creates Dashboards and Reporting (with IT Developing) to keep the program visibility high with senior leadership and senior sales repsto leverage best practices and a winning mindset
• Creates / executes recognition programs to enhance visibility and communication to spotlight best practices throughout the organization with Sales, Sales Engineering, CSX
• Works closely with marketing to launch effective communication plan to keep the sales organization aligned KPI: Both Leading and Lagging Indicators jointly established. Areas under consideration: Big Deal' Creation, YOY Revenue Retention / Growth, # Customer Renewals, Sales Achievement, Compliance of Account Planning, Target # of T&I Completed, Target achieved of peer reviews, Cadence Compliance, Improvement in Win Rate, % Improvement of non-competitive deals
• Responsibilities include driving effective planning to support the Executive Sponsorship Program
• Meets regularly to represent the Enterprise Solutions organizations needs for key sales enablement tools / processes including SFDC, Waves, Altify Elevate
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Business, Marketing
• Telecom expeirence selling complex solutions to the fortune 500
• Generally requires 12+ years related telecom experience
• Expert in Salesforce.com
