Job Summary:
Responsible for direct supervision, oversight and implementing of assigned Spotlight and CM360 events and promotions. Works with management from other teams and departments to align goals and objectives with execution plan. Works closely with vendors to negotiate terms and arrange event logistics. Supports and instructs staff in meeting program objectives and measuring results.
Core Responsibilities:
• Implements strategies, process and budget for all initiatives including execution plans, internal and external communications, and cross-departmental consensus and support.
• Manages planning and logistics including venue, vendors, entertainment, guest list, etc.
• Manage event demonstrations and on-site client experience
• Continually evaluates and adjusts strategies and logistics to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
• Acts as internal liaison for all corporate event marketing programs designed to purposefully integrate with the Advertising Sales teams.
• Works with brand marketing to ensure marketing materials, emails, invitations are aligned with the needs of the event
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Marketing, Communications / Public Relations
• Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
