Based from our London headquarters, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing for a 12 month fixed term contract, covering maternity.
The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and driving the EMEA digital marketing strategy that encompasses managing lead generation, championing digital marketing opportunities and innovation across the business.
Reporting into the EMEA Marketing Director, you will be accountable for monitoring, reviewing and advising the business on digital marketing opportunities for product development, customer engagement and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and drive online lead generation activity, including CRM and email strategy to drive lead generation and customer retention.
• Oversight of Paid Search, Social media and SEO.
• Planning third party digital media for the purpose of influencing reach and brand awareness and to drive lead acquisition.
• Oversight of content marketing initiatives across a variety of digital channels.
• Oversight of collaborative projects with sales to optimise ecommerce and third party channel sales.
• Working with the Marketing Portfolio leaders to develop best-practice strategy and drive results across product portfolio.
We are looking for a Digital leader, someone who can manage people, define strategy and implement those strategies and plans across the EMEA region in order to service marketing and business objectives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills are mandatory as well as the ability to work under pressure and to time constraints.
• A strong career in digital marketing with proven success in implementing and overseeing digital marketing strategy across a region with a B2B focus
• Demonstrable evidence of previously encouraging and championing digital marketing strategies and initiatives across the business.
• Experience of utilising cultural awareness skills and the ability to communicate across time zones and differing cultures.
• Knowledge and use of digital platforms, including CMS, email marketing and social media systems (Marketo, Sprout Social, Wayin, Magento preferable).
• Knowledge or experience using SalesForce.com would be preferable.
• The competence and know-how to lead, motivate and inspire a team, both within the digital department and across the wider business.
