Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the development of the short and long-term sales channel strategy and initiatives for the Company. Implements the annual tactical channel plan to ensure the success of the Company's product sales programs. Monitors the progress of sales, and reviews records/reports provided to senior management. Oversees the organization, promotion, and orchestration of all sales activities to ensure the success of the Company's product sales campaign.
Core Responsibilities:
• Develops sales channel strategies and initiatives. Identifies the tools to assist with sales activities and channel execution plan for each sales campaign.
• Manages an annual operating budget for the retail and direct sales channels.
• Oversees the selection and training of Sales personnel, and the coordination of all logistical aspects of the sales program.
• Develops cross channel strategies with peers to ensure Company-wide sales objectives are met.
• Interfaces with functional peers to ensure identification of barriers to success and creates appropriate response tactics/strategies.
• Develops sales incentives to align with strategies and channel deployment as necessary.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is preferred.
• Generally requires 15+ years related experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in telecommunications management.
