Job Duties
Lead and coach the development team
Develop multiple pitches for a variety of clients that result in multiple successful sales of series, specials and events
Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with clients to stay ahead of the marketplace
Collaborate with development and production team to create ideas, write pitches, and produce sizzle reels
Leverage understanding of the marketplace for unscripted series
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience
Outstanding people skills – the ability to work collegially with a diverse group of senior executives, show producers and talent
Strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of good production and solid writing experience
Must have strong presentation skills

Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
Must be “on call” 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
