DESCRIPTION:
The Coordinator of Marketing Creative for Showtime will support all of the marketing creative for Showtime’s acquisition and distribution efforts. This includes organizing and archiving video and photography assets for our distribution partners, external creative agencies, and internal creative team; supervising the creation of tagged versions of completed spots, and supporting the VP, Creative Director with general project management duties
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support Writer/Producers, Creative Directors, Art Directors and Designers in the development, completion and delivery of all video, digital and print tactics.
• Work with postproduction to book sessions; fulfill multiple delivery schedules; and work closely with VP, Creative Director, and Showtime’s Marketing Services to support internal partners and external distributors.
• Organize and maintain paperwork, rundowns, log sheets, music cue sheets, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a production assistant, assistant producer, assistant editor or junior producer in at a television network, Entertainment Company, digital or creative agency.
• Base knowledge of promo editorial process from beginning to end.
• Interpersonal, people management and time management skills a necessity.
• Ability to juggle several projects at one time often under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of Final Cut and/or Adobe Premiere editing and post-production
