Job Summary:
As a member of the Clear Channel Outdoor corporate team, the Manager, Learning and Development structures, develops, and implements training curricula, courses, and materials for on-demand eLearning as well as live events for executives, support teams, and our 400+ member sales team. By owning the company-wide training program, this position ensures that the sales team possesses the necessary knowledge of products, processes, and tools to effectively drive revenue growth. This position plays a critical role in the company, facilitating the productivity of our sales team in all markets and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization as a whole.
RESPONSIBILTIES
• Own CCO training programs from inception through implementation and maintenance
◦ Coordinate training efforts to align with company-wide strategic initiatives by partnering with stakeholders at all levels to produce effective training courses and learning materials
◦ Manage internal and external resources participating in training development, delivery and events
◦ Serve as a single point of contact on training for management and subject matter experts throughout the company
• Structure new and updated curriculums in the context of the existing environment
◦ Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define course objectives, scope and format
◦ Incorporate features that enable measurement and analysis of comprehension, retention and effectiveness
◦ Oversee a calendar of planned and on-going trainings to ensure effective delivery of all efforts
• Develop effective curricula and courses necessary to deliver training to a large, diverse, widely distributed audience
◦ Advise subject matter experts and instructors on content creation and formatting
◦ Synthesize course components and materials from content sources using a variety of presentation software
◦ Review and revise course content for clarity and accuracy prior to publication
• Implement and maintain training courses
◦ Manage and maintain LMS training systems, including user set-up and library organization
◦ Organize, assign, schedule, publish/host and announce new training courses to relevant teams to facilitate attendance, completion, and engagement
◦ Support LMS users and management to ensure training program adoption and effectiveness
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS or equivalent
• 5+ years in training development, LMS administration, or similar field
• Experience creating training curricula, courses, presentations and materials
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Captivate, or similar presentation software
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in Media sales
• Familiarity with B2B sales process
• Salesforce.com proficiency
• Working knowledge of video editing using and Adobe Premiere, Filmora, Windows Movie Maker, or similar software
• Working knowledge of audio editing using Audacity, or similar software

• Role will be based at the Clear Channel Outdoor Corporate office in NY, NY

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands

• This job is performed in a temperature controlled office environment
