DESCRIPTION:
Showtime Networks Inc., a leader in premium entertainment programming, is seeking an Account Coordinator.
Position Summary
The Account Coordinator is an entry-level position responsible for supporting multiple sales teams in the day-to-day management of their sales and marketing initiatives in order to help achieve subscriber and revenue goals. This position is also responsible for serving as the liaison between the sales teams and several Showtime corporate departments; must provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
• Responsible for sales support of multiple SNI account teams
• Provide administrative support such as:
◦ ordering and distributing marketing materials to customers
◦ processing and tracking invoices
◦ assisting with presentations, meetings, special projects, etc.
◦ office administration and support
• Provide back-up support and trouble-shooting when team members are traveling
• Train customer contact personnel within territory when needed
• Work in conjunction with team members to assist in the sell-in process of marketing and sales programs
• Assist with the analysis of sales and marketing results to determine overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Monitor marketing expense budgets
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-motivated and excellent follow-through skills
• Ability to work independently and with limited daily supervision
• Must be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment
• Work effectively with both individuals and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess strong time management and analytical skills
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Photoshop preferred
• Ability to travel when needed
Education and Experience
• Undergraduate degree
