LIVE in a 4 million square foot / $3 billion downtown Los Angeles sports and entertainment district adjacent to STAPLES Center and the Los Angeles Convention Center featuring Microsoft Theater, a 7,100-seat live theatre, a 2,300 capacity live music venue, a 54-story, 1001-room convention “headquarters” destination (featuring The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles and JW Marriott Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE hotels and 224 luxury condominiums – The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE – all in a single tower) , the GRAMMY Museum, the 14-screen Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE Stadium 14 theatre, broadcast facilities for ESPN along with entertainment, residential, restaurant and office space.

Job Summary:
Looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills to provide critical telecommunications support to all of Southern California entities and must have previous telecommunications experience and /or working knowledge in this industry.

Essential Duties:
1. Responsible for Billing Operations which includes maintaining call accounting system, daily back-ups, monthly back-ups, maintains directories, and tenant/media department mark-ups.
2. Maintains the monthly tenant/media billing and all events billing. Ensures all equipment and installation charges are applied appropriately.
3. Coordinates moves, adds, changes and troubleshoots and schedules Telecom technicians
4. Daily includes answering help desk line, maintaining Telecom help desk email. Interfaces closely with end-users and external customers.
5. Logs and reviews all vendor bills (telephone, equipment, wireless, audio, etc.) and reviews for accuracy of charges for all AEG affiliates and submits into AP systems for Management approval.
6. Maintains accuracy of all departmental documentation, departmental procedures, order forms, emergency books, and purchase order logs etc.
7. Creates and maintains orders forms for various Telecommunications requests from all sites.
8. Will occasionally assist technicians in the field.
9. Will assist with credit and collection of billing issues as needed.
10. Assist Sr. Director of Telecommunications with special projects, daily tasks, and resolving issues as required.
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
1. A minimum education level of: High School diploma or equivalent
2. Two years of Telecommunications related work experience preferred
3. Switchview/Avotus call accounting system preferred knowledge or other call accounting software
4. Knowledge of Nortel Telecom equipment a plus
5. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
6. Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
7. Must be a team player, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and be a self-starter
8. Ability to work evenings and weekends and/or holidays & overtime as required
