We are searching for a detail-oriented, motivated and extremely organized Account Coordinator to join our growing team! This opportunity will play an integral role in helping achieve Vevo’s company objectives, and will report directly to Vevo’s Director of Account Management. It will be your responsibility to deliver top notch support for Vevo’s roster of advertising clients, embodying Vevo’s core mission while inside the office, at client events, and at Vevo’s incredibly produced live shows (which includes such buzzworthy artists as The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar and Ariana Grande).
As one of Vevo’s Account Coordinators, you’ll be instrumental in the daily success of Vevo’s Sales organization. As a member of the Account Management team, you’ll be an active contributor during the complete sales cycle, from pre-sale to post-sale. Partnering with Account Managers, and collaborating with our Account Executive, Brand Solutions, Research & Operations teams, you’ll work cohesively and proactively with each of these teams to complete client proposal materials, compile and analyze research data, manage campaign performance and delivery plus other various team projects. Within your first quarter, you’ll meet with all Vevo’s amazing Sales Support teams, become fully up-to-speed on your accounts and their priorities, work with either your Director or Account Manager regarding the ins and outs of your role, and begin to take on full ownership of your accounts. By the end of your first sixth months, you will be fully up to speed on all your accounts’ needs and will become a trusting resource for both your accounts and all internal departments.

This is a full-time position and is based at our office in New York City. We are located at a convenient location in Times Square, near an ample number of subway/bus lines and Pennsylvania Station.
As a member of our team, you will
◦ Support Account Managers and Account Executives in client brainstorms and strategic brand solutions
◦ Complete media plan and ad spec templates in response to client requests for campaign proposals
◦ Adhere to defined business processes while acting as an internal liaison between Sales and Sales Support teams to process insertion orders and deliver reporting templates
◦ Be responsible for the timely launch of all campaign elements, from targeted media to custom sponsorships
◦ Assemble campaign screenshot decks, capturing program elements as they go live
◦ Work with Campaign Management to monitor campaigns from start to finish, ensuring full delivery
◦ Proactively recommend optimizations to Account Managers based on campaign performance
◦ Compile final campaign performance decks, contributing to the growth of brand partnerships
◦ Assist with client billing requests
◦ Provide support on any client requests and special projects as necessary
◦ Assist Director/Vice President with ongoing business deliverables

Requirements
◦ ≤ 1-year of Sales, Client Service and/or Digital Media experience or related internship
◦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
◦ Knowledge of 3rd party vendors, tags, or DFP a plus
◦ Advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
