RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Management of MLB All-Star FanFest Operating Budget including administration of invoices, analysis of expenditures and forecasting.
• Participate in the development of programming of MLBASFF to provide the best fan experience.
• Support of MLBASFF activities including attraction coordination and servicing of partners, client activation, client contract execution and invoicing.
• Coordinate All-Star Bazaar attraction participants - work with all participating sponsors to meet requirements, confirm giveaways and décor approval, work through issues on-site
• Oversee the All-Star Mascot program including outreach, scheduling, travel arrangements ], All-Star promotional campaigns and on-site management
• Social Media Campaign coordination
• Coordinate general marketing elements related to FanFest to increase awareness of event and improve ticket sales.
• Coordinate Client Hospitality Events at MLBASFF
• Perform related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well with all levels of staff and various departments
• Professional demeanor, organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent computer aptitude including demonstrated working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Social Media integration
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to follow through with various event categories
• Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously
• Analytical skills, demonstrated initiative and the ability to exercise sound decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as assigned
