AOL Networks is the global partner of choice for leading publishers, advertisers and agencies seeking to maximize the value of their online brands. Exchange Partnerships is the division responsible for media buying for the Advertising.com network. Our team works with website publishers to purchase display and mobile advertising inventory for the Advertising.com network.
The Exchange Partnerships team at AOL Networks is seeking an ambitious, team-oriented intern to assist the Account Management team in the Baltimore office.
Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support to the Exchange Partnerships team through a variety of tasks
• Work with internal QA team to qualify websites and ensure they meet the AOL quality standards
• Input internal and client data into excel to manage discrepancy tracking for Video and Display
• Work with a variety of AOL and Client User Interfaces to pull reports and input information
• Set up and track new site breakouts for all exchange partners
• Perform other job-related activities, projects and duties as requested
Qualifications:
• Actively enrolled student in Undergraduate or Masters Program
• Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• Proven to be flexible and adaptable to change
• Strong Excel skills
• Previous internship experience preferred
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
