Position Summary:
Under general direction of the bindery supervisor, coordinate the fulfillment of printed and supplied products of customer orders. Perform production duties as needed: pick & pack orders, receive and store products, and ensure inventory accuracy. Facilitates interaction between customers, Client Service Coordinators, sales, warehouse, accounting and bindery. Leads and trains employees who process orders; schedules and releases orders for shipment according to customer requirements. Action Printing expects that the Fulfillment Coordinator will act all times to assure the highest level of professionalism and personal performance possible and will work enthusiastically to meet or exceed all performance goals set by Action Printing.
Job Function:
• Supervises the day-to-day operations of the unit, which provides customer service and processing of customer orders.
• Coordinate personnel which includes instruction of duties and performance standards.
• Receives, prioritizes, and processes customer orders; schedules and releases orders for shipment according to sales policy and customer requirements.
• Assists in investigation of complex customer complaints.
• Works with excel, word, and outlook to maintain customer inventory and schedule.
• Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives for fulfillment; recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.
• Facilitates interaction between customers, Client Service Coordinators, warehouse, accounting, and sales.
• Operate the label printer
• Present a professional customer oriented image in all business related contacts
• Inventory and stock all necessary supplies
• Document all communications with customers regarding changes to job requirements
• Demonstrate a willingness to accept direction from superiors and peers to improve quality and work performance
• Follow all company rules, procedures and safety policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Knowledge & Skills:
Experience on the job to perform satisfactorily:
Experience with PC’s and Microsoft Office software products
Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
