This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 4-5 months. Key responsibilities include:

• Very high-volume of outbound calls
• Identify potential examiners and sites, including but not limited to, searches in the system database, internet searches, and call lists that meet current project criteria, and communicate knowledgeably about current and/or forthcoming projects in order to elicit their participation in future projects.
• Complete all follow-through tasks associated with bringing a site and/or an examiner on board including, but not limited to, developing letters, overseeing mailing of specific site and examiner project materials, and handling agreements within 24 hours of examiner contact.
• Return messages within 1 business day.
• Meet goals on the number of examiners/sites to sign-up

• Customer Service skills
• Marketing, customer service, psychology, recruiting background
• Strong attention to detail
• Punctual
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Positive, can-do attitude is critical
• Professional demeanor to identify and recruit examiner/sites
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Word/Access
• Bachelor’s Degree or near completion in Psychology, Education, Sociology, Communication, Business, or other closely related degree.
