CNE is seeking a Director to join our Research & Analytics team, focused on growing and engaging the digital video audience of Condé Nast.
The ideal candidate will have a strong digital video background coupled with technical and analytical expertise, with a drive to empower our brands and production team with insights and data. You are data-driven and results-focused, and have the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
Primary Responsibilities:
• Work closely with programming teams on key strategy initiatives, using video data to uncover and capitalize on new and existing audience-building opportunities
• Create meaningful and actionable data-driven insights out of complex sets of video data
• Develop forward-thinking analytical recommendations that align with video programming objectives
• Own reporting of digital video performance all Conde Nast brands and video programming teams, and identify new growth opportunities based on proprietary and third-party data
• Research new tools and reporting frameworks to efficiently surface data to appropriate teams
Requirements:
• BA/BS (Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field preferred)
• 6+ years of work in research and analytics, experience in digital video preferred
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote skills
• Experience with digital video and associated analytical tools
• Ability to toggle seamlessly between internal data as well as external APIs and syndicated data sources
• Impeccable communication and presentation-building skills
