Description
The marketing team assistant is responsible for working with marketing managers, the creative team and sales to help execute integrated marketing plans. Additionally, the assistant will help the team with administrative tasks such as updating order forms, customer contact information and ongoing support of the K12 social media platforms with direction from the marketing team.

Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Completion of a university/college degree
• Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
Skills/knowledge/abilities
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
• Proficient with computers; including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer and PowerPoint
• Proficient with Social Media platforms for marketing purposes including Twitter, Facebook, Pinterst and Instagram
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Adaptable problem-solver and team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with K12 education in Canada
• Must be detail-oriented
