In this role, you will support operations and drive the vision for Twitter’s Sales and Marketing tools implementations. As a Sales and Marketing Cloud expert, you will be responsible for identifying issues, defining business requirements, providing recommendations, and performing configurations for Sales and Marketing system enhancements; you will also manage day-to-day operations of the platform including admin, sales support, and other needs. This position will act as a liaison between the technical and non-technical departments.

Responsibilities
• Drive the vision, scope and strategy of the Marketing Tools roadmap for Twitter
• Work with business stakeholders to document business requirements on sales and marketing initiatives
• Partner with business teams and technical teams to design and deploy CRM and Marketing automation solutions
• Evaluate third party vendors as a means to introduce new automation solutions; manage third party vendor relationships
• Configure Salesforce.com to meet Twitter’s day to day needs
• Frame and present project plans and ROI to stakeholders
• Identify and recommend areas within Twitter’s Sales and Marketing processes that can be improved via systems enhancements and automation
• Share best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of Salesforce and it’s integrated systems
• Manage risks and issue tracking
• Subject matter expert on all things Sales and Marketing
• Integrate new business units and acquisitions into Salesforce.com and other internal tools
Requirements
• BS/BA preferred, in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Computer Sciences
• 3-5 years working in an advertising organization
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com
• Experience deploying/maintaining salesforce at other companies
• Salesforce Admin 201 Certification
• Experience with Marketing automation tools
• Active and passionate Twitter user
