Client Services Specialist
Wisconsin Media, PART OF THE USA TODAY NETWORK, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to provide administrative, clerical, and data entry support to the sales organization, utilizing deep understanding of the company's multimedia solutions.
Key Responsibilities include:
Creative Maintenance - Acts as liaison with company advertising design center by coordinating creative instructions, assists with trafficking artwork and reviewing of proof changes with Account Manager. Also acts as liaison with Central Ad Operations for digital advertising campaigns. Assists with resolving ad scheduling/layout issues.
Software/System Testing - Utilizes proficiency in office technologies to support sales teams. Assists with any technology upgrades.
Account & Contract Set-up: Assist with new customer accounts, contracts, account reconciliation needs, etc.
Initiates Actions - Proactively initiates projects as needed to support sales team and exceed customer expectations.
Campaign Performance - Complete daily review of all HIAU delivery as well as collaborate with Optimization team to ensure complete delivery of digital campaigns.
Special Program Execution - Assists with coordination of special programs: by reviewing and disseminating multiple element campaign builds; collaborating with the Account Coordinator team to ensure timely order entry; coordinate creative with GIADC and CAO as described above; and acts as a liaison with the Optimization team to assist with proof of performance / optimization and reporting.
Salesforce CRM - Utilizes a sales automation system to assist with day to day activities and review progress of goal performance with Account Managers.
Rate and Product Knowledge - Demonstrates a deep understanding of multimedia product offerings, rates, and value proposition. Review, analyze and maintain WI Media Group Digital statistics.
Time Management - Effectively manages multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
Preprint Coordination - Review incoming preprint insertion orders for accuracy, communicate correct information to clients in a timely manner, and collaborate with Nat'l Preprint team for all approved i/o's.
Internal Customer Support - Supports Account Managers, Account Executives, Sales leader, and other internal departments throughout 5-Step Sales Process: 1. Plan & Prepare; 2. Evaluate Needs; 3. Build the Solution; 4. Present & Close; 5. Follow Through. Handles all other duties as requested.
Team Communication - Regularly communicates with team members on upcoming changes; anticipates needs of teammates.
Workload Communication - Works with teams as needed to balance workload. Notifies supervisor of potential work overload or future scheduling issues.
Agent for Change - Drives process improvements and initiates positive, constructive change.
Collaborative - Gains trust of teammates and builds consensus.
Openness to Coaching - Understands the need for positive change and is receptive to constructive feedback.

Requirements:
1-3 yrs. experience in account service or customer service in a professional environment. Media industry experience preferred.
Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
Accurate spelling; skills test will be given.
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required; SalesForce.com or other CRM preferred.
