Job Description
AOL is seeking an Intern to join our Client Services Business Analysis Team! The team is accountable for managing the day to day relationships with clients/customers in an assigned region/category. The team ensures client satisfaction and AOL Network's business health through custom campaign strategies, analysis of deal or campaign performance, developing innovative alternatives to existing deals or campaigns, and communicating with partners and appropriate internal departments on these initiatives. The Intern will report to a member of the Business Analysis team.
•Aid internal teams in the day to day analysis and optimization of clients’ campaigns
•Provide quality assurance checks of advertisers’ creative assets
•Maintain/update internal forecasts to ensure accuracy
•Track and analyze usage trends and prepare relevant sales and internal reports
•Provide ad hoc campaign/advertiser reporting and provide analysis as necessary
Qualifications
• Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Available to work 40 hrs/week during the summer
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent quantitative, and analytical skills
• Proven problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
• Solid knowledge of PC applications, especially MS Excel
• Effective at establishing and maintaining working relationships with managers and counterparts
• Strategic mentality with creative perspective
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Proven problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills and abilities
• Ability to learn and take a proactive approach within a supportive role
