The Sr. Marketing Analyst-Cloud Systems will manage the technical execution of marketing campaigns across the email and mobile channels. He/she will responsible for email, push and SMS configuration, managing technical discussions with vendors and internal development team, and developing robust campaign and account architecture documentation.
Essential Duties:
•Creation and execution of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for AEG Facilities venues
•Creation of customer journeys and the associated communications using SFMC Journey Builder to build out and measure the success of automated campaigns in relation to events in our venues.
•Support the local venue marketing teams to create segmented audiences based on insight and execute targeted email campaigns to develop fan experience, brand engagement and ultimately increased ticket sales for our events.
•In-depth understanding of email analytics and audience management. Create tests that help optimize open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue and overall engagement of subscribers. Test subject lines, A/B testing and creative elements to upsell items and increase revenue and push specific products.
•Oversees QA and end to end testing for email and frequently used templates.
•Ensures compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and all relevant data protection legislation
•Develops and communicates best practice and a culture of continual review and improvement for all email campaigns across the busines
•Manage and maintain ongoing communications calendar across all businesses
•Proactively review and support system enhancements and introduce new capabilities to meet emerging business needs
Required Qualifications:
•A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year) in Digital Marketing or a related field
•4-6 years of related work experience
•Demonstrated experience and success in managing complex and high volume email campaigns across multiple brands
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); and ability to learn required business Systems.
•Expert knowledge of a tier 1 enterprise email marketing service provider, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target
•Experience of detailed consumer segmentation and using data to deliver dynamic content
•Demonstrated experience performing analysis to provide insight and solve business problems
•Expertise in HTML and Photoshop preferred
•SQL knowledge and experience preferred
