Summary
Omni Buy Flow Development and Deployment Liaison for all Order Entry Channels, beginning with Inbound Sales. This critical role will serve to ensure that the Omni Buy Flow Development and eventual Deployment across all Channels and Divisions meets the needs of the end-user, optimizing the agent and customer experience through nurturing strong relationships, feedback/data gathering, and thoughtful planning.
Additional Responsibilities
• Serve as Single Point of Contact between field/operational Order Entry Channels (beginning with Inbound Sales) and Omni Buy-Flow Team.
• Collect and aggregate feedback across all Divisions and, with Sr Manager- Development, prioritize with effort/reward analysis, keeping customer and agent experience as top priority.
• Partner with Comcast University and Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs; build training, and ensure incorporation into existing Order Entry Training as needed.
• Define and create communication strategy to ensure both the on-going collection of feedback from Field Partners and the dissemination of updates, milestones and development progress from the Omni Team.
• Work with Field Partners and Sr Manager Analytics to define KPI's, source reporting, create dashboard, or other reporting interface easily accessible to leaders and business partners.
• Lead Team in the cataloging of all current Order Entry tools, capabilities in order to baseline for Omni Tool parity and partner with Development Team to build roadmap.
• Working closely with Sr Manger-Implementation, customize deployment plans per Order Entry Channel.
• Ensure appropriate tool integration specific to Channel needs.
• Establish and nurture cross-functional partnerships to establish and meet both short- and long-term goals.
• Serve as both Advocate for end-users and Champion for DCOE/Omni Team, facilitating learning, communication, partnership and teamwork.
• Ensure alignment of tool to Sales processes, both current and future state.
• Establish Governance Council with HQ and Division Partners to leverage Best Practices, ensure alignment and consistency as trial/deployment transitions to BAU.

• Directs, establishes, maintains, and plans the overall policies and goals for a product management department.
• Sets new product strategy for program or product group.
• Applies expertise in state-of-the-art product technologies and is relied on by top management to serve as a proxy for the market.
• Defines, develops, and implements standard operational frameworks for products.
• Coordinates with sales and marketing to assess client and industry needs and identifies possible solutions to meet those needs.
• Accountable for profit and loss or budgetary management of assigned products.
• Develops business cases and supporting documentation.
• Oversees development of assigned new products and services and ensures customer#s needs are met. Provides product support and documentation and develops product materials.
• Manages lifecycle of new products and services.
• Demonstrates excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time, in line with budget expectations and to strategy.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
