Job Summary:
The Director, Product Marketing-Video, will manage a direct and matrixed team whose responsibility will be facilitating the strategy, launch and penetration of products and services within our XFINITY Video line of business. This includes working with HQ and Division partners to develop product/service needs, strategies, priorities and trial/launch plans; working with HQ and Division partners to develop a price/packaging strategy to deliver both customer and revenue growth; working with our Sales and Marketing Operations and Division PMO on launch planning and execution; and working with Acquisition/Retention Marketing and Channel Management on our 'Go To Market' Plans to drive market share. This leader will lead a team across a variety of disciplines: content acquisition and execution of programming changes, deployment of new products and features, oversight against current business plan across subscribers, market share, revenue and capital driven by product-led marketing programs.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand and manage price/packaging to balance customer growth, revenue growth and margin growth
• Ability to perform daily blocking and tackling to drive and deliver the best customer experience, employee experience while delivering customer and revenue growth
• Demonstrates excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time in line with budget expectations and to strategy.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Core Responsibilities:
• Directs establishes maintains and plans the overall policies and goals for a product management department.
• Sets new product strategy for program or product group.
• Applies expertise in state-of-the-art product technologies and is relied on by top management to serve as a proxy for the market.
• Defines develops and implements standard operational frameworks for products.
• Coordinates with sales and marketing to assess client and industry needs and identifies possible solutions to meet those needs.
• Develops business cases and supporting documentation.
• Oversees development of assigned new products and services and ensures customer s needs are met. Provides product support and documentation and develops of product materials.
• Manages lifecycle of new products and services.
• Demonstrates excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time in line with budget expectations and to strategy.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Job Specification:

• Generally requires 10+ years related experience
