The Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns and crafting optimizations that will help us improve. The scope of this role will include our marketing initiatives around Original programming, the Starz Brand, and our Starz subscription (OTT) App. This position will work closely with our digital marketing, app marketing, product development, and research teams to ensure we are gaining the actionable insights we need from the data we ingest.
• This position reports to the VP of Digital Marketing and will support the entire digital marketing team, working across all concurrent Starz campaigns
• Help establish objectives prior to each campaign and work with the respective marketing teams to ensure accurate execution
• Ensure that all consumer touch points across owned and paid channels are viewed as part of a cohesive approach
• Conduct social listening and monitoring (share of voice, sentiment, topic analysis, audience analysis, etc.)
• Leverage social influencer engagement, measurement and marketing
• Complete post-campaign reports, using data from a variety of sources, for delivery to key stakeholders throughout the company.
• Work with Digital Marketing leads and digital product team to set up and execute tests
• Monitor and maximize campaign effectiveness in real-time, suggesting targeting, media weight, messaging and creative changes based on performance insights
• Ingest all data sources and provide wide-scope analysis so future campaigns will be more efficient, more effective, and more data-driven

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
• 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing, strategy, media planning, digital/social, advertising or marketing research (entertainment industry experience preferred)
• Experience using social listening and management tools such as Sysomos and Spredfast
• Experience using native social analytics including Facebook, Instagram, and Tumblr
• Understanding of digital marketing strategy, execution, and best practices
• Strong analytics experience turning qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights to help marketing adjust campaigns mid-flight
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Fluent in digital media terms and metrics (DMAs, reach/frequency, CPM, etc.), as well as digital adserving technologies (DCM, AdWords, GDN, etc.).
