Position Summary:
SiriusXM is looking for a strong leader and collaborative team player to drive awareness and subscriber growth through strategic marketing and client relationships with our automotive partners (OEMs). This role will focus on integrating SiriusXM into marketing initiatives and campaigns with Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti, Hyundai, Kia and Mitsubishi.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Focus on devising, planning and executing strategic go-to-market program initiatives that will increase SiriusXM application rate (penetration) and subscriber growth (conversion) for both SiriusXM and our OEM partners.
• Drive awareness of SiriusXM's next generation technology, features, and content in cooperation with our OEM partners and SiriusXM's internal engineering, infotainment, and marketing teams.
• Maintain and expand senior and working level relationships within the OEMs' marketing organizations.
• Work collaboratively to develop and deploy a multi-million dollar marketing budget, manage invoice approvals and timely payments including preparation of Purchase Orders.
• Collaborate with SiriusXM Advertising to devise strategic plans to promote our OEMs' brand messaging on air via various SiriusXM channels.
• Develop key marketing assets to promote the SiriusXM brand including: collateral development/production, POS displays, interactive media, event marketing, OEM promotions.
• Communicate key information from the OEMs within SiriusXM to drive timely responses, overall strategy, product decisions, and ultimately prioritization of initiatives.
• Establish specific implementation milestones and developing / executing plans to achieve them.
• Internal, cross-functional teamwork responsibilities:
◦ Work with the Automotive Remarketing team to drive SiriusXM's pre-owned business.
◦ Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to formulate accurate short term and long term forecasts of marketing activities.
◦ Play a key role in quarterly business reviews including internal team preparation and presenting to key leadership at the OEMs.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA degree or similar Master's degree a plus.
• Background in technology, business, economics, psychology, and/or Marketing (agency or in-house) is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 - 10 years of business experience; specific experience working at or with an automotive marketing agency, OEM, or Tier 1 preferred.
• Demonstrated experience of successfully marketing technology products or services through and with external partners.
• Experience with developing and executing across all aspects of a partner-led business, including engagement with product development and launch, marketing, channel program execution.

• Ability to travel domestically.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
