Overview:
Interior Design is seeking a dynamic Client Services Coordinator to assist the Sales and Editorial teams in the management of our new ProductFIND feature on our website (www.interiordesign.net). You will be responsible for providing superior customer service including coordinating and maintaining scheduling of clients’ product features and all social media.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Ensure each client meets their minimum benefits across the site, social, and newsletters
• Schedule out each client’s benefits across platforms, working with the site editor to provide social and main site content
• Maintain active communication with clients
• Keep Sales Team advised on productFIND client issues/problems and resolutions
• Act as key liaison with global partners to continually improve site for UI/UX and troubleshoot any technical/design issues
• Proactively track client updates, promotion coverage, and performance statistics
• Manage all client reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of reporting metrics
• Ability to interface with all levels of management
