Responsibilities
• Basic administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, making travel reservations
• Updating and organizing various pitches (Branded Entertainment and Programming), tape libraries, and PowerPoint presentations
• Liaison with departments (Marketing, Accounting/Finance, Legal) to support department needs
• Competitive research
• Coordinate social media messaging on behalf of Branded Entertainment
• Executing and coordinating various aspects of Branded Entertainment projects
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Must know PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to multitask
• BA from a 4-year university
• 2-4 years of relevant experience working at an agency, marketing company or entertainment studio
