The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.
Position Description:
Representing the Bell residential services business unit, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering projects and marketing communication campaigns. S/he will be responsible for overseeing digital commerce projects from kickoff through launch, coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create an exceptional online experience.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
• Manage and deliver projects related to ecommerce, design and new product introduction.
• Support quarterly acquisition campaigns
• Improving the overall user experience of the site to ensure it keeps up with the needs of the business
• Strengthen ecommerce capabilities of the website
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to creatively solve problems
• Brief and change requests writing and creative assessment
• Interacting with product, technology, legal and pricing departments to ensure business objectives are aligned
• Interacting with other Marketing Communications disciplines to delivery fully integrated campaigns.
• Editing content to ensure clarity of messaging
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
• Have 3+ years of experience in online marketing communications
• Have a strong understanding of marketing communications principles
• Have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Be extremely detail oriented
• Have diploma/degree in Communications, Marketing, or related discipline
• Be a self-motivated individual who has the ability to deliver results within a large organization
• Ability to adapt to a demanding and variable fast-paced environment, ability to manage many projects at the same time, to balance the many demands and to establish a priority list of projects in order to respect deadline.
• Bilingual (French & English) oral/written skill is essential
• Have a creative spark!
• Agency, telecommunications or writing experience are an asset.
Bilingualism is required (English and French)
