Responsibilities
SUMMARY: Responsible for implementing numerous marketing initiatives to reach set goals for Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations. Accountable for maintaining UPRV marketing calendar and developing look back analysis of marketing campaigns, managing multiple marketing initiatives in alignment with Universal Orlando® Resort, the Universal Partner Hotel team, and with the Guest Contact Center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assists the UPRV team with various project management related duties/assignments and marketing campaigns including but not limited to providing content, meeting with internal/external stakeholders, communicating on behalf of UPRV with partners and fulfilling requests.
•Partner with Universal Orlando on development and implementation of marketing materials & campaigns.
•Responsible for implementing Universal Partner Hotel quarterly promotions and monthly specials and maintain UPH content across all UPRV websites (UniversalOrlando.com, UniversalOrlandoVacations.com, UniversalTravelAgents.com & VaxVacationAccess.com).
•Manage the tracking of the UPRV marketing calendar and marketing campaign look back analysis.
•Routinely audit all UPRV websites to ensure UPRV product message is accurate and consistent across all online mediums while requesting changes to be made if errors are found.
•Assists in the development & maintenance of Universal Consumer Package microsites.
•Manage product updates with Guest Contact Center and provide UPRV representation as needed at training events.
•Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Ability to work in a deadline oriented environment.
•Experience troubleshooting and resolving problems.
•Ability to work with numerous internal and external partners.
•Working knowledge of marketing.
•Desire to work in a fast paced environment.
Required skills; Microsoft Office, planning & organization, excellent written and oral communication skills, creativity, flexible, project management skills and budget management.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university is required
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 Year: marketing experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience:
•Understanding or interest in website development / structure (required).
•Understanding or interest in project management (required).
•Experience in developing marketing programs and new products (preferred).
•Excellent client service and problem solving skills (preferred)
